Twisted Oak Brewery is a micro brewery based in North Somerset, on the edge of the Mendip Hills. We specialise in brewing quality real ales using traditional brewing techniques.

Beers

We have been brewing beer here since 2012. We brew a range of real ales using the finest malts and hops. Our fermenters are all open-topped and we always use fresh, top-fermenting yeast.

Most of our beer goes into casks and straight to local pubs but we keep a little bit back for bottling. Our bottled beer is bottle conditioned and unfined, in small batches and bottled by hand.

Beer Styles: Amber Ales, Bitters, Golden Ales, India Pale Ales (IPA) and Porters

You can also visit us at the brewery where you can purchase bottles, mini-kegs and 36 pint boxes of beer.  It is advised to get in touch first as we may be out delivering.
