Chiltern Valley Winery and Brewery offers farmed brewed ales under the ‘Old Luxters Brewery’ label.
As well as a brewery this is a vineyard and B&B.
Bottle Conditioned Ales are a blend of English Malted Barleys, Fuggles & Goldings hops using wooden-clad mash tun, copper, liquor and fermentation vessels.
Secondary fermentation takes place in the individual bottle that you buy.
Behind the scenes Tour and Tasting experience. The 2-hour tour is completed with a tutored tasting of a wide selection of our wines, ales and liqueurs.
Taste an extensive range of wines, ales and liqueurs in the cellar where they are produced.
Our cellar shop also stocks a range of locally made preserves, chutneys, honey and many other appealing gifts.
