About

Connoisseur Ales Brewery launched in late 2014 we produce a range of different beers from classic English beers to more unusual weissbrau, roggen and lentbock styles.

Beers

All our beers are bottle or cask-conditioned and we use natural ingredients so there are no added chemicals or gas, just natural preservatives from the hop oils and natural carbonation from yeast.

Beer Styles: Bitters, Pale Ales and Porters

Tours

Our brewery tours are passionate and informative, explaining the brewing process and we offer them for free at each of our open days on the first Saturday of every month.

Shop

You can buy bottles directly from the brewery every Thursday evening from 5-8pm and on our open days. All of our ales are bottle-conditioned and unfined for maximum flavour.
