The Tring Brewery was founded in 1992 and creates great beer from top quality barley mixed with fine Chiltern Hills water. The core range of beers are all themed around local Hertfordshire folklore.
We have a selection of core beers always available that are then supplemented by monthly specials, seasonal and event beers.
Brewery tours are run on two days.
- Every other Thursday with fish and chips (vegetarian/vegan options) half way through.
- Two Saturdays mornings a month. Discover how the brewery works and learn how to taste.
The Tring Brewery shop sells beer in a variety of quantities, from 500ml bottles through to 72 pint firkins.
The shop also stocks a selection of chutneys, pickles and brewery merchandise and gifts.

Hitchin Beer & Cider Festival at the Hitchin Rugby Club offers over 200+ Real Ale, Real Cider & Perry, KeyKeg, International Beer and Mead over three days. Drinking is to be enjoyed in the marquee or field (weather permitting) with food from various vendors.
