Paradigm Brewery, hand-crafted real ales from beautiful Sarratt village in Hertfordshire.

Eco brewing, our wastewater goes into a reed bed, the steam from the kettle goes up a bespoke condensing flue to reclaim the heat, used hops go for fertilizer.

Beers

All our beers are natural, we add no nasty chemicals or stabilisers so what you see is what you get; a natural, locally-brewed real ale.

Shop

We don't have a shop but can sell when the brewery is open although when not open, go to the Sarratt Village Shop who always keep a good stock of paradigm ales.
