Farr Brew is a Hertfordshire based microbrewery, founded in 2014 on the principles of creating great tasting real ales brewed with craft and a commitment to quality.
The Brewery Tap Room is open on Saturdays for drinking on-site between 11 and 5 pm and for takeaways.

Brew a broad range of very popular beers split between our permanent core range and some seasonal beers.
Brewery tours run once a month and include a pint on arrival, a tour with the history of beer and how we make it. The tour then includes a second pint back in our lovely taproom.

Hitchin Beer & Cider Festival at the Hitchin Rugby Club offers over 200+ Real Ale, Real Cider & Perry, KeyKeg, International Beer and Mead over three days. Drinking is to be enjoyed in the marquee or field (weather permitting) with food from various vendors.

The Mad Squirrel Brewery is a contemporary brewery, based in Hertfordshire. Alongside our brewery we also run a chain of outlets, known as Mad Squirrel Tap & Bottle Shops. The New River Brewery is named after the river it draws it water from, the New River in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. The New River is a man-made aqueduct that was completed in 1613, drawing its waters from the River Lea and acting as a vital source of fresh drinking water for Londoners. Share:
