Donkeystone Brewing is a microbrewery producing craft ales in the hills of Saddleworth. You can sample our unique range of craft ales at our brewery tap or buy from our shop.
With our own style, we brew beers for real ale drinkers, and have many new and exciting craft ales to offer you from our brewery shop, or online through our website.
If you want a tour then get in touch and we can arrange something, a minimum of 6 people applies.
Our brewery shop is open daily (times listed on this page) although the tap is only open Friday 6pm - 10pm, Saturday 2pm - 10pm & Sunday 2pm - 6pm

The Summer Beer Thing is a three-day Summer celebration located in Kampus Gardens where you can expect great beer in a great setting. We’ll have plenty of things on – including food vendors, wine bars, pop-up tastings, DJs, live music, and more.

Millstone Brewery is located in an old cotton mill and offers well-rounded full-bodied beers using traditional malt and fresh whole hops. Beers are typically pale in colour, heavily late hopped for a full hop aroma and have a delicately balanced bitterness to suit most palates. Share:
