North Brink Brewery,
Elgood’s Brewery is a family business established in 1795, located in the Georgian North Brink Brewery on the banks of the River Nene. The business has been in the Elgood family since 1878 and still maintains traditional processes handed down through the generations.
We have our regular beers, accompanied by seasonal ales and our smooth range and bottled varieties.
Elgood’s is also the only regional brewery in the country able to produce a Belgium Lambic-Style beer, due to owning a unique pair of open cooling trays. These are needed for the brewing process, allowing the beer to cool naturally overnight, attracting a range of wild yeasts and local flavours.
Our brewery shop offers a wide range of beers and merchandise at a discount to our online prices.
Behind the brewery is a four-acre garden and visitor centre, incorporating a shop with plants and other local produce, and a bar serving tea, coffee, cakes and, of course, a range of Elgood’s beers. The range of our bottled beers is also available for purchase to take away.
Brewery tours are available and tour price includes the tour itself, tasting and access to the gardens.
