The Chiltern Brewery is located on an old working farm in the heart of the Chiltern Hills just outside Aylesbury.
Although we don’t have a pub or taproom on the brewery site we do have a pub, The King’s Head in Aylesbury.
Our beers are produced using age-old brewing methods using 100% British malt and hops.
The Chiltern Brewery beer calendar offers a selection of permanent, limited edition and seasonal beers: from the lighter golden ales of spring and summer to the darker more robust and maltier beers of autumn and winter.
We have a range of tours that include an introduction to craft brewing, a brief history of the Chiltern Brewery, a tour of the Brew House and a tutored beer and food tasting session with a selection of our locally made chandlery.
Tours are on most Fridays and Saturdays and last for approximately 1½ hours.

The on-site brewery shop sells our full range of bottled and draught beers; plus locally made wines, ciders, condiments and a delicious range of products such as fresh beer bread, malt fudge, beer cheese and fruit cake that are all made using our fine ales.
As well as individual bottles draught ale is available to takeaway in 2 and 4 pint containers, 5 litre mini casks or for larger parties, weddings and BBQs in 18, 36 and 72 pint boxes.
Beers can also be purchased via our online shop for delivery or click and collect.
The King’s Head dates from 1455 with exposed beams and wooden floors. As The Chiltern Brewery’s tap our bar is stocked with an excellent selection of our own fine English draught and bottled ales, along with a distinctive choice of wines from the Rothschild Estate. Our food menus are traditional British cuisine with a modern twist using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
