O’Hara’s Brewery, also known as Carlow Brewing Company, craft brew Irish beers and international beer styles, all carrying the brewery founders family name, O’Hara’s. Located in the heart of Ireland’s traditional malt and hop-growing region.

Beers

Each beer is crafted using classic brewing methods to create the traditional Irish beers styles that have long since been forgotten by many of the larger breweries. Our core range includes Irish Stout, Irish Red, Irish Pale Ale, Wheat, Double IPA and Craft Lager.

In addition we have seasonal, experimental and special beers.

Tours

Our brewery tour will take you on a journey through Ireland’s craft brewing history, teach you about the brewing process and how we brew O’Hara’s award winning beers. We finish off our tour with a visit to O’Hara’s tasting room.
